Every city has its own stories, and they make it unique and special. Podgorica, in its structure and genesis, includes a number of features which allow you to feel the breath of the past, but also the vitality of present existence. Besides its history, tradition, architecture, natural resources, culture, and its outlines incorporated into every stone and step of modern man, it is primarily a spirit of coexistence, comprehension and harmony of diversity that exists within.
Podgorica is its people and mentality, which has been built over generations, with all the changes it has gone through. This is the way we see it today, made of ups and downs, an epoch of growth, but also of terrible wars from which it had to rise completely new (in terms of buildings) – we call it our ‘Old Lady’.
Dignified in the patina of the past – elegant and modern in the present.
