The city card can be purchased in the building of the Assembly of the Capital on Independence Square, at the counter "Electronic counter" in the period from 8 AM to 3 PM.

The introduction of the card is aimed at simplifying the procedures when using services provided by the Capital City or the institutions and bodies established by it. In the second phase, the holders of the City Card will be able to receive discounts when paying for specific services on the territory of the capital city.
