Children's resort on Veruša got a modern pavilion

Podgorica, the Capital, and the Public Institution Children's Union have again allocated significant funds this year to improve the quality of children's stay in the children's resort on Veruša.

With that aim, almost all works on the reconstruction of the Veruša pavilion have been completed, the ground floor of which has been completely reconstructed into modern apartments and rooms that service users will be able to use for the first time in the resort's decades-long history.

The works included the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior of the mentioned building, including preparatory works of dismantling and demolition, then earthworks, concrete and reinforcement works, as well as the masonry of the external and internal walls. The building has a new water supply and sewerage infrastructure, electrical installations of strong and weak electricity, new ceramics, as well as interior carpentry and PVC hardware on all facade openings.

The works were performed by the teams of the Housing Agency of the Capital, and their total value is around EUR 83,000.
