With the support of the Capital, the first souvenir shop opened in Stara Varoš

We remind you that the Capital has launched a project to revitalize Stara Varoš. After paving the streets, reconstructing Risto Stijovic's house, the Capital distributed grant in amount of EUR 50,000 in October for top 10 business ideas. A month and a half later, we are proud to present the first souvenir shop as a result of this project. This is significant both because of the revitalization of this part of our city, and because our support has enabled the opening of new businesses and new jobs in these epidemiological and economic circumstances. As a result of this competition, the first souvenir shop - Orient decor by Sara Fetić Mujagić was opened today in Stara Varoš.

The head of the Mayor's Cabinet of Podgorica, Nikola Mitrović, pointed out that the capital will continue to revive the spirit of Stara Varoš in the following period.

"The Capital is there for its citizens and supports every quality idea of the people of Podgorica", Mitrović said.

Sara Fetić Mujagić pointed out that she is pleased to be a part of the successful story of the Capital, and that through her small business she will try to contribute to the development of this cultural and historical core.
