The Capital invests over EUR 330,000 in the construction of a new road and parking in Blok 35-36

The Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica has announced a public call for the selection of contractors for the construction of a new road with parking lots within the scope of the DUP "Blok 35-36". The estimated value of this project is 338,960 euros.

The works include the construction part, installation of traffic signals and equipment, hydraulic installations, electrical installations of high current and tk sewerage.

Bids may be submitted directly to the archives of the procuring entity at Jovana Tomaševića 2a, Podgorica, as well as by registered mail with return receipt at the address Jovana Tomaševića 2a, Podgorica, provided that the bid must be delivered by the postal operator no later than the deadline for submission of bids, on working days from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., ending on December 21, 2020 until 1 p.m.

The opening of bids, which may be attended by authorized representatives of bidders with an attached power of attorney signed by an authorized person, will be held on December 21, at 2 p.m., in the premises of the Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica Ltd., at the address Jovana Tomaševića 2a, Podgorica.

The decision on the selection of the most favorable bid, i.e. the decision on the annulment of the public procurement procedure, shall be made within 60 days from the day of bid opening.
