Submission of request for rent of stands in Podgorica market in progress

The city company "Tržnice i pijace" Podgorica has started receiving requests for concluding contracts on the lease of stalls, spaces, locations and business premises for 2021, at all markets. All tenants have been informed that they are required to apply to the market manager.

Lease agreements for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2021 will be concluded with tenants who have complied with the provisions of the contract in the previous period. During December, all contracts will be prepared and signed, according to the work plan of our services. Due to the respect of measures taken against coronavirus spreading, this year the process of signing the contract will be organized in a different way compared to previous years, and we expect it to take a little longer.
