A new micro 020 location is coming soon: Space in the immediate vicinity of "Maksim Gorki" elementary school will be fully arranged

Preparatory works on arranging the location in the immediate vicinity of "Maksim Gorki" elementary school on Ivan Vujošević Street have begun, and they are planned to be completed by the beginning of a new school year. It is about arranging another location that will be realized within the project Micro 020, with the goal of arranging the space that is currently in poor condition in an adequate way, in order to be adjusted with the needs of the students.

The main element of the new arrangement is the canopy, which should enable the utilization of space in all kinds of weather conditions that will be suitable for different groups of users. In addition to the construction of the canopy, the works will include the construction of new pathways and the renovation of the existing ones, as well as the relocation of temporary facilities that are currently within and in the immediate vicinity of the location. Landscaping is envisioned for keeping healthy trees and enriching the existing green fund of new seedlings.

Also, Communal Services Ltd. Podgorica have started with preparatory activities for the realization of the project of modernization of lighting in schoolyards, with the aim of adequate lighting of those spaces and improvement of students’ safety. Accordingly, in the coming days, Communal Services will perform works in the area of two schoolyards: "Milorad Musa Burzan" elementary school where the installation of 17 LED reflectors is being planned and "Branko Božović" elementary school where the installation of 3 new poles and 3 LED reflectors is being planned.
