As announced, the works on the reconstruction of Bokeška Street started today, and with the realization of this project, one of the most famous and most visited streets in Podgorica will get a completely new look. The total value of the works is EUR 377,000, and the deadline for the execution of works is 120 days.

The works include the construction of new stone sidewalks, the current road surface will be covered with granite slabs, and a completely new plumbing and atmospheric infrastructure, sewerage and public lighting will be installed. Caterers will get more space to perform their activities, and the canopies of future terraces, which will be separated from the facilities, will be unified.

During the execution of works, the contractor, Ilija Novaković ICO, will try to provide access to all catering facilities as much as possible, but in a shorter time interval, in order to safely perform works, catering facilities will be closed.
