New cycle of actions of green area arrangement for assemblies of floor owners begins; The Capital and city company Zelenilo cover 50% of costs this year as well

The Capital and the city company "Zelenilo" Ltd. Podgorica has launched a new cycle of actions within which the Assembly of floor owners will be able to arrange green areas in front of their residential buildings, and for amounts over EUR 1,000, the Capital will cover 50% of the costs. Due to the great interest of citizens for this action in the previous year, the Capital and Zelenilo will continue the action in 2021, which will adequately arrange the areas in front of residential buildings and import them into the system of green areas of Podgorica, and create a beautiful and pleasant environment in front of their buildings.

Applications for this action can be sent by e-mail: zelenilo@t-com.me after which the expert services of the city company Zelenilo will go out on the field and look at the existing situation, prepare a landscape plan and arrange the area.
