Appeal to citizens to comply with regulations; Having the parking lot, unscrupulous drivers still use sidewalks and road trails

Although the Capital City is continuously working to raise the level of communal order in Podgorica, unscrupulous drivers still do not follow the rules, and instead of parking lot, they choose sidewalks or lanes for parking or temporary stopping of vehicles. In that way, they not only cause large traffic jams, but also make the parking zone and areas that have been arranged for that purpose meaningless. We can usually see a large number of illegally parked vehicles in Serdara Jola Piletića Street, which occupy the traffic lane, creating large traffic jams in front of "Limenka" building, while across the street there is a new parking lot for which € 0.50 per hour should be set aside.

We remind you that Parking service Ltd. Podgorica recently completed the construction of this fully automated smart parking lot with the ability to read license plates, self-charging station, video & voice operator support and parking management from the Operational Control Center Parking Service.

Therefore, the Capital works every day on creating all the necessary conditions for increasing the communal order in Podgorica, especially when it comes to the functioning of traffic, both through the improvement of the work of Parking service and Communal Inspection, and through the development of cycling infrastructure.
