Through the cross-border cooperation program, the Capital provides € 333,000 for new jobs in agriculture

Podgorica, the Capital, within the cross-border cooperation program Montenegro - Kosovo, will implement a project to create better conditions for new jobs in the field of agriculture (CREATING EMPLOYMENT IN AGRICULTURE). The aim of this project is to improve the access of the unemployed to the labor market through several phases. Providing support to the inhabitants of rural areas and using the available resources creates the necessary conditions for job creation. With the cross-border cooperation program for the agricultural employment project is planned over € 330,000, with priority given to young people and women in rural areas.

Through specific activities, the project team will attract and motivate the unemployed for work engagements in the field of agriculture. It is planned to improve the skills of employment users in this area through workshops and trainings.Trainings for the production of aromatic herbs, olive oil and dairy products will be organized in Montenegro. Production equipment will also be provided for the beneficiaries of this project. After the trainings and workshops, a fair will be organized for all users who have started their production, where they will present their products.
