Recostruction of the section of the regional road Nožice-Veruša will be completed by the end of September

Reconstruction of the section of the regional road R-19 Nožice-Veruša, which is very damaged due to the heavy mechanization engaged during the construction of the highway, has begun to be realized. The first phase of works includes the repair of drains and culverts on the road, repair of bridges and sub-walls, while in the second phase all holes in the road will be cut, filled with a buffer and covered with new asphalt.

Representatives of the Capital Podgorica, the Ministry of Transport and representatives of the Chinese company CRBC previously stated that it is necessary to urgently rehabilitate the section Nožice-Veruša on the regional road R-19 in order to contribute to the quality of traffic safety.

It is of great importance for the inhabitants of this area that the wall holding the cemetery and the monument complex in Lijeva rijeka will be restored and strengthened.

The works are being performed by the Chinese company CRBC and are planned to be completed by the end of September. Also, it was agreed that in the next period, this Chinese company will repair the section of the regional road Lijeva Rijeka-Mateševo, which was damaged due to the construction of the highway.
