A New children's playground opened in Golubovci

The President of the Municipality within the Capital, Golubovci, Tanja Stajović, and the director of the city company Zelenilo, Daca Popović, opened a children's playground in Golubovci on an area of 1,700 m2 last night.

"The municipality within the Capital, Golubovci, in cooperation with the city company Zelenilo, has worked hard in the past few weeks to beautify this public area, so in accordance with the needs of citizens, it has enriched this environment with various types of planting material, newly formed green areas. a pedestrian path, a plateau, and in addition, park furniture has been set up, as well as all the necessary facilities for children to play and have fun”, said President Stajović.

The President of the Municipality of Golubovci pointed out that the safety and security of the playground itself was taken into account.

"All devices are placed on a rubber tartan base, in order to increase the safety of children. The essence and idea of this project is to provide everyone with a pleasant space for rest, play and relaxation. The value of this project is € 40,000, and in the next period we will continue with these activities", Stajović said.

The director of the city compny Zelenilo, Daca Popović, expressed her satisfaction with the successfully realized project.

"I am very pleased that we are in Zeta and that we have shown in this way that good cooperation with the management of the Municipality within the Capital - Golubovci continues, but also that in addition to the urban city center, our activities are realized in suburban and rural settlements. Through joint activities, we actualized the construction of this park area of 1,700 m2, installed devices for children to play and park furniture, planted seedlings of trees and ornamental plants, formed a lawn, and green areas are covered with an irrigation system", said Popovic and thanked the city companies that have also worked hard on this project.

"I would like to thank my colleagues from the Housing Agency who fenced the area along the road and thus increased the level of safety of children who will stay in this park, as well as colleagues from utilities who lit the park by installing spotlights, and City Cleaning teams set up an underground container so now this space is completely arranged and safe", said Popović and reminded of other projects that were realized in Golubovci, such as arranging the area on Agović elm, the area around the monument in Gostilj, Mataguži (Stari Vigan), Anovi and others, expressing confidence that excellent cooperation with the Municipality of Golubovci will be continued.
