New greenery on Svetog Petra Cetinjskog Boulevard

The teams of the city company Zelenilo, as announced after the reconstruction of one of the most important roads in the city, approached the landscaping of Svetog Petra Cetinjskog Boulevard, so that the dividing islands along the boulevard got new greenery.

It is a stretch from Marka Miljanova Street to Jovana Tomaševića Street, where 54 full-grown seedlings of ornamental ilex were planted on a trellis, while 850 myrtle seedlings and 250 henna seedlings were planted in the ground floor greenery, and an irrigation system and sown grass were installed along the entire length.

Also, these works envisage the removal of the existing fence on the dividing islands.

In order to complete the green areas on Svetog Petra Cetinjskog Boulevard, on both sides of the boulevard, from Marka Miljanova Street to Jovana Tomasevića Street, tree lines will be formed and supplemented in which over 40 full-grown linden and plane tree seedlings will be planted.

After the completion of all works, the reconstructed boulevard will get its final shape, with new green areas. By arranging the mentioned area, the Capital city and Zelenilo have once again shown that greening all parts of the city is one of the priorities of the city administration.
